At Polemos we are expecting big things of July 2023 after a blistering first half of the year.
We’ve seen some enormous games released in the recent months, including Hogwarts Legacy, Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom, Diablo 4 and Final Fantasy XVI.
In the video below, game expert Cavan “Caveman” Roe shares the games he is particularly looking forward to this month.
Sparkball
“Intense MOBA brawler that combines aspects of League of Legends and Rocket League. Teams battle it out trying to shoot a goal on the opposing enemy. Players work together in a four versus four format.”
Gran Saga Unlimited
“This anime action MMORPG has massive potential, as it is being developed by a sub-company of Npixel. If you haven’t heard of them, look up the trailer for Chrono Oddysey and be amazed. This game is a rework of their original title Gran Saga, but players now have the ability to own, trade and sell their in-game assets on a global market.”
Shardbound
“This tactical TCG [trading card game] is a project brought back to life. Originally started on Kickstarter in 2017, it just had new blood infused [new developers] and is about to pop off. They’re having their first play test session July 10th. This game combines the strategy elements from trading card games and tactical board games.”
Remnant II
“This Souls-like third-person shooter will test your ability to dodge and land your shots.
What sets the Remnant IP apart is the co-op gameplay. So call up your squad and prepare to fight the darkness.”
F1 Manager
“This is your chance to organize and lead an F1 team. This includes everything from selecting your driver training and tuning your cars. You’ll plan everything around the season to push for success. This game will test your gut feelings around race strategy and recruitment, and if you push too hard, your team will fail.”
