The Harvest open beta released

The Harvest

Blockchain multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) The Harvest has moved into open beta, with the game freely available for download on Steam.

In the game, teams comprising different classes of hero (known as Breachers) fight it out in an arena, collecting essence and using cards to augment their offensive and defensive abilities. The perspective is third-person.

The Steam release – which is Windows PC only and requires 32GB of disk space –  follows a long period of closed beta (see the Polemos University course for more details – note, wallet login required).

In the open beta, four teams of three fight in matches of 10 minutes.

Game developer Falco says the game will still change substantially before full release.

“We have a solid grounding and a fun experience for the first stage of the Early Access process, and that is why we want to involve the community now, as early as possible.”

“Bringing The Harvest to its full potential will take us at least a year. We cannot state a specific date, but we are aiming for a 2023 full release.”

Polemos game experts will publish a closer look at The Harvest gameplay this week.
